I coach busy professionals in midlife who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control, without overhauling their lives.
Before health coaching, I spent more than 25 years in tech leadership at Microsoft and Meta.
My approach combines clarity, structure, and steady support to help change feel realistic and sustainable.

Where it began
A fitness goal that became so much more
For a long time, I felt like my best physical years were behind me.
Between a demanding career, family life, and everything else competing for my time, I struggled to prioritize my own fitness.
That changed when I set a goal to train to climb Mount Rainier.
At the time, it felt wildly out of reach.
I didn’t get there all at once. Month after month, small habits added up. Eventually, the summit happened. Then a marathon. Then another.
What changed
Movement changed more than my body
What surprised me most wasn’t just what my body could do.
I felt more capable, steady, and grounded in other parts of life, too. The routine of training strengthened my mind as much as my body.
What began as a goal to improve my physical fitness became a deeper lesson in how real, sustainable change happens.
Over time, I felt more confident pursuing goals both on and off the mountain.
Why I coach
Helping people become unstuck and move forward
Big goals and events can be powerful motivators, but meaningful change also happens in everyday life: having more energy, sleeping better, feeling less stressed, or simply feeling more grounded and clear.
Through coaching, I hope to help others create realistic, sustainable changes that fit into their own lives.
